Cristiano Ronaldo to be the cover athlete for FIFA 19

It’s been a busy week for FIFA news. We’ve already learned that EA has secured the rights to the Champions League and the Europa League to be featured in FIFA 19. At the same time, we found out that Serie A and Coppa Italia would be coming to the game as well.

Now EA Sports has sent out a tweet indicating that Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo will be the game’s feature athlete for the second consecutive year.

The tweet also noted that EA will be hosting a live reveal of the game on YouTube, just days before E3. You can set a reminder for yourself through the livestream link found here.

The press conference, featuring “Anthem, Battlefield 5, EA Sports and more”, will go live on June 9th, at 1:00 PM EDT.
