EU FNCS Week 4 3 fortnite champion series europe

The Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) continues as Week 3 took place in the European (EU) region. The games came down to the wire. Ultimately, Alexander “Whai” Andén, Christopher “Crippa” Storkaas, Pontus “Zyppan” Eek, and Pontus “Tchub” Bucht came away with the victory. The squad consists of four players from Sweden. They are the second fully Swedish squad to finish on top of the European region in the Fortnite Champion Series. Their impressive performance earns the team a spot in the Season Finals.

Unfortunately, more technical issues plagued FNCS Week 3. Multiple teams had games taken away from them. An error occurs within the game where one or more players do not enter the match. Then the remaining players are in the game but cannot earn any points. It is a problem that continues to haunt the Fortnite Champion Series. Europe is not the only region to face this problem in FNCS Week 3.

Sweden continues to show up in the FNCS

For the second straight week, Sweden holds the top spot in Europe. Whai, Crippa, Zyppan, and Tchub popped off in the final game to secure first place. They won Game 6 with 18 eliminations to earn 33 points. That game alone would have earned 12th place, and the team still would have qualified without the massive win. Overall, the team remained consistent and performed when it mattered most. Whai, Crippa, Zyppan, and Tchub finished with 87 total points. They are relatively unknown compared to some players but should be capable of performing well in the Season Finals.

Right behind the Swedish team were Jérémy “4zr” Dang, Alexandre “Andilex” Christophe, Evan “DRG” Depauw, and Howard “Noward” Castiaux. They have stood out in the European region. The squad won Week 1 and finished in fourth in Week 2. They did not win a game, but consistency is the key in Fortnite. 4zr, Andilex, DRG, and Noward placed in every match besides one. Additionally, the squad eliminated 39 total players.
