Kiev Major Regional Qualifiers: The Outcome So Far In Day 1

The Kiev Major qualifiers have been kind of hard to follow since there have been so many teams. The open qualifiers were really such a mess. But the regional qualifiers have been easy to follow so far. All that matters is the scores so here are the scores from every region. Also, keep in mind, four top teams from every region will go on to the playoffs.

North America

compLexity Gaming is leading the table with a score of 3-0. Team NP follows them with a score of 3-0 as well. Right below them is Team Freedom with a score of 2-0. Followed by Team Onyx with a score of 1-1. The rest of the teams aren’t looking very promising. They are Team is GG with a score of 1-3 and Team FIRE and Wheel Whreck both with a score of 3-0. But let’s be honest the last 3 teams are probably not moving on anyway. No hate tho! After the playoffs, only one team is advancing to the main event.

South America

In the SA region, Infamous are leading the scoreboard with a score of 5-0. Followed by SG e-sports and Not Today both with a score of 4-0. Midas Club Elite currently is the fourth place with a score of 3-2. Mad Kings, Vultur and Union Gaming don’t seem to be doing so well but they till have a chance to bounce back. And on the very last spot is Sacola De Lixo with a score of 0-9. SeemsGood.

Now, this has been a super fun region to watch. B)ears are doing exceptionally well in all their matches. They are certainly an awesome team and they’re leading the scoreboard with a score of 5-1. Alliance and Team Secret follow with scores of 4-1. NiP takes the fourth place with a score of 3-1. We can definitely be sure of seeing the top 3 teams in the playoffs but anything could happen on the fourth place as Could9 hovers on 5th place with a score of 3-2. Sadly we probably won’t see Beanboys, but never stop dreaming guys!

Team Empire and Virtus Pro are leading the scoreboard with a score of 5-1 and 5-0 respectively. Team Spirit and Effect Gaming follow in the third and fourth place. There’s still Na’Vi, Vega, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, and Comanche. So we can’t be sure of the final outcome of the group as all these teams are known to be very good at times.

ViCi Gaming is quite singlehandedly taking the entire qualifiers as they again sit at the top with a score of 4-0. Following them are ViCi Gaming Potential, Invictus Gaming, LGD.Forever Young, Team MAX, CDEC Gaming, and LGD gaming. Six teams are advancing to the playoffs and from there, two teams advance to the main event. So anything could happen from this region as well. The other two teams Cavalry and Young Elite aren’t showing much promise with zero victories so far but let’s see what happens!

South East Asia

Team Faceless has dominated the entire region again, with an undefeated streak. They sit at the top with a score of 7-0. Clutch Gamers and TNC Pro Team follow with scores of 6-2. The other teams are Mineski, Geek Fam, Team Bazaar, Team Bazaar.Youth, and Execration. The last team is Rex Regum QEON, I don’t know what that means. But they don’t seem like they will qualify for the regional qualifications. Lots of good teams so it’s hard to say which teams we’ll get to see in the main event!
