Modern Warfare leaked weapons

With the initial launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare passed, it’s time to start looking towards the future. Infinity Ward has made it its mission to ensure that Modern Warfare receives the best post-launch support in Call of Duty history. We’ve already seen they are keen on keeping this promise with the introduction of two new maps, but there are reportedly new weapons soon on the way as well.

Every leaked weapon supposedly coming to Modern Warfare

Dataminers are doing what they do best. By going into the files of the game, miners can see and access all kinds of information. One dataminer by the name of MrJaRni went so far as to get actual gameplay with some leaked weapons, including the previously rumored Crossbow.

TheGamingRevolution recently released a YouTube video with this leaked gameplay. Also, he detailed other weapons that will be coming to Modern Warfare sometime in the near future.

The video showcases both the Crossbow and Vector submachine gun. The Vector was a fan-favorite in Call of Duty: Ghosts, another Infinity Ward title. Along with the Vector, here are the other leaked weapons allegedly coming soon to Modern Warfare:

  • Intervention (sniper rifle)
  • UMP45 (submachine gun)
  • Spas12 (shotgun)
  • Tar 21 (assault rifle)
  • Glock 18 (pistol)
  • Honeybadger (assault rifle)

All of the weapons above have appeared in at least one previous Infinity Ward title. So, it makes sense these are the weapons they would bring back for Modern Warfare. However, we still don’t know when or how we will unlock these weapons. TGR suggested that the weapons will be featured in the upcoming Battle Pass, which is set to release in December with season 1.

While that may be the case, Infinity Ward very well could simply sprinkle these weapons in with various updates. They did that just last week with the two new maps, Shoot House and Krovnik Farmland.
