Similar to other esports organizations that have academy or junior teams, Natus Vincere (Na’Vi) is following suit with a CS:GO academy team. The Ukraine-based organization announced they will be holding a Na’Vi Esports Camp from May 6 to May 16. During the camp, the coaches will recruit players for Natus Vincere’s new academy team. Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy, Natus Vincere’s new esports director, and Amiran “aMi” Rehviashvili, the future coach of the Na’Vi Junior roster, will select 10 players. These 10 players will go through a summer boot camp from June to August 20. Afterward, five players from the boot camp who perform the best will sign contracts with the organization.
The organization asks that all applications come from players that are between the ages of 16 and 19 years old. They also should be at FACEIT Rank 10, which is the highest rank on the platform. Players are further required to be fluent with the Russian language to communicate with peers. The people trying out must be able to move temporarily to Kiev, as well.
Na’Vi has asked applicants to provide information about their medical history, to see what may hinder their future playing. Also, those that apply are requested to provide information about their gaming history and contact information for feedback.
Last, interested players should record a video from 30 to 60 seconds long that answers this question: “Why exactly should you get into the Na’Vi Junior roster?”

No, you only have to be fluent in Russian.
What if I do not yet meet the age required?
We will still consider candidates that will become the age of 16 no later than September 2019.
What does the requirement of temporarily moving to Kiev entail?
If applicants make it through the trial process, there is a summer boot camp that will take two and a half months. This summer boot camp takes place in Kiev. The organization will provide participants with everything they need but will require the daily physical presence of participants.
What do I need to put in my introduction video?
There is no specific guideline. We ask applicants to do this so that we can understand what motivates you as a CS:GO player.

At the moment, it is only for this particular game.
How will I know if I get accepted?
The lucky applicants will receive a response back using your provided contact information. Please be sure to monitor these platforms.
