Stephen Sandstorm Myer Tempo Storm Brawlhalla and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster

As announced today, Stephen “Sandstorm” Myers has joined Tempo Storm’s Brawlhalla and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster.

Developed by Blue Mammoth Games, Brawlhalla is a fighting game that takes place on a 2D platform. Players duke it out against one another with weapons and gadgets that determine their playstyle. As for Blue Mammoth Games, the studio was founded in 2009 with Ubisoft as its parent organization. Since then, it has gone from a mere two developers to dozens of them.

Currently, Sandstorm reigns as the 1v1 Brawlhalla World Champion. This is in addition to being the Brawlhalla 2v2 World Champion alongside Tempo Storm’s Zack “Boomie” Bielamowicz. Meanwhile, in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Sandstorm has played and won sets against players like Eric “ESAM” Lew and Saleem “Salem” Akiel Young in the Low Tier City 7 tournament and Shine 2019 tournament respectively.

Now with Tempo Storm, Sandstorm is looking forward to growing his brand, as well as making more content on Twitch and YouTube with his fans.

“I chose Tempo because I respect the people in the organization,” Sandstorm said. “I have followed Axe and ZeRo for a very long time. I also thought it would make sense to choose this organization because my teammate, Boomie, is signed. The two of us as a Brawlhalla duo on the same esports team sounds like a great idea.”

Leighton Tyler, the acquisitions manager for Tempo Storm, is also thrilled to have Sandstorm representing the organization. Tyler said that Sandstorm’s reputation with Brawlhalla precedes him. He is already a fierce competitor in his own right, and along with Boomie, they make a winning duo. Tyler added that it made complete sense to bring Sandstorm onto the esports team so that he can keep dominating in Brawlhalla.

Fans and supporters of Sandstorm can catch up on his latest battles on his YouTube channel and Twitch. He is also active on Twitter.
