Yet another challenge has been discovered ahead of the launch time for the Fortnite Week 8 challenges. This week’s Battle Pass challenges are a lot tougher than in previous weeks, so these early leaks are quite helpful, especially where Paradise Palms is concerned.
We have already gone over the “Dial the Durr Burger, Pizza Pit number” challenge, so make sure to check that out as well.
In this guide, we will be showing you how to complete the first stage challenge of Week 8. The task requires you to head over to Paradise Palms and look around for a treasure map. Luckily, we know just where the map is located.
With the first stage, you’ll need to make your way to the middle of Paradise Palms. Around the fenced-in brick wall, you will find a blank signpost with a compass in the top right. This signpost is the one you’re looking for. Interact with it, and the first stage of this challenge is complete.
After you’ve interacted with the signpost, there is nothing more to do in that current match. Either die quickly or finish the game out and hop into another one to complete stage 2.
Fortunately, for the beginning of stage 2, all you need to do is head right back to Paradise Palms. Make your way over to the signpost again and you’ll see that there is now a treasure map instead of a blank canvas.
There will be an X on the map, signaling where you need to head off next. This location will contain the interactable Battle Star that will complete stage 2 of this challenge.
The X is located directly west of Frosty Flights, near the airstrip. At the end of the runway, nearest to the edge of the map, is where the Battle Star will be. Interact with it, and the challenge is complete!
That wraps up how to complete the Treasure hunt in Paradise Palms! Stay tuned to Daily Esports for different Fortnite Week 8 challenge guides!
